An animal follows the normal Order Cycle until Stage 4 where the animali is prepared exclusively for sausages and mince.

Eye Fillet, Rib Fillet, Rump, Round, Blade, T-Bone, Silverside and Topside are all used in the production of premium sausages and mince.

They are priced at our standard rate of $10.75 kg excluding freight.
